Katy Perry ha deciso di portare avanti il successo degli ultimi mesi. La cantante americana ha rilasciato un altro singolo, il quarto estratto da Teenage Dream, l’album pubblicato ad agosto 2010. Il pezzo si intitola E.T. ed è stato scritto dalla stessa interprete in collaborazione con Dr. Luke, Max Martin e Ammo.
Il singolo, cantato insieme a Kanye West, è già ai vertici delle classifiche americane. Alla rotazione radiofonica seguirà quella televisiva con un videoclip diretto da Floria Sigismondi.
Katy Perry ha fatto ricorso al sostegno dei suoi fan attraverso Twitter per la selezione del quarto singolo dal suo secondo album di inediti, Teenage Dream. All’iniziò sembrò che la scelta fosse ricaduta su Peacock, ma alla fine E.T. si è rivelato il favorito ed è stato annunciato come quarto singolo ufficiale.

La cantante, che lo scorso ottobre ha sposato il fidanzato e attore Russell Brand, di recente ha dichiarato che in passato sognava di diventare magra come Kate Moss.
